named after the porno graffitti song of the same name.

this is something i was planning for a long time (don't even say anything about "UP!".... though i DO love that movie). i originally had the idea back in 2007, as can be seen in [this] old scrap, though i changed it from being a generic couple to specifically my boyfriend ~jonathanisonfire and i.

i had planned to have this finished for our 2 year anniversary, but we were both so busy that it never came to fruition until much later. so i ended up giving this to him on his birthday.

the balloons are made of red cellophane layered together (the layering has a much better effect in person) with adhesive foam (the foam looks really obvious in the photo, but in person it doesn't look as bad) and white thread for the strings.

i custom framed it myself using an old metal frame i found in the closet and a velvet textured matting board.
